From podium to publication: partnerships with academic publishers
The Spalding Symposium on Indian Religions, which takes place each year, now packs about sixteen research papers into an intensive weekend, with about fifty to sixty participants. Many writers have first aired their ideas in papers given at the annual Symposia, and some have gone on to become respected elders in their field of study.
